Neil Rowan has been with BT since 2005. He is currently Head of Payment services responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate payment processing across all lines of business, driving key channels and strategic partners in creating a world class customer payment experience for both our corporate and consumer customer base. Previously, responsibilities have included fronting Group Billing’s integration with EE, running collection, risk, fraud and enquiry operations across the UK and managing offshore partners.
Previous roles have included running Credit Risk, Collections and Enquiry operations across the communication industry with senior roles at Telewest ,NTL and Orange. Originally, Neil started his career education as a Teacher of PE and Mathematics, which has helped define his management style of a supportive and coaching nature.
Neil believes his background in Consumer Call Centres will provide additional insight into how to put the customer at the heart of its decisions.
